The application for and acceptance of a charter constitutes an agreement that your unit will adhere to certain rules and regulations. Building Better Unit and District Boards Seminar. Are you filing the correct forms with the IRS? Are you meeting your fiduciary responsibilities? Are your bylaws current? Get the answers by attending the Building Better Boards Seminar at the Chicago NABC from 9 a.m.-noon Wednesday, July 19. You will receive a number of sample documents, including a budget template, minutes checklist and board member manual. Free of charge. Check the Daily Bulletin for location. Please let your unit board members know of this seminar and have them register by contacting Jim Miller ( jim.miller@acbl.org ).
