2010 Youth NABC Form

ANOTHER DEADLINE!!    ACBL requires a parent or legal guardian of all minor players attending the New Orleans Youth Nationals to register at Youth4Bridge.org.   Once at the website, click on “events” at the top of the page; then click on “Youth NABC”; then click on “register.”

Registration must be completed by July 1, 2010 in order for the youth to receive a registration gift.  This registration form is different from the application form filled out for the District grant.  Parents or guardians must also sign the Liability Waiver Form and Minor Consent Form, both of which are included in the registration form at Youth4Bridge.org.  Contact Carla Burke (850) 637-1068 (burkeartmanager@msn.com) if you have problems accessing any of these forms.
